We accept returns. Our products are designed with care in mind. We invest our hearts in creating items that we hope bring joy to you or whomever you may be gifting to.

After purchase, if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, we will gladly do so with a message to us via email or chat within 12 hours of the initial purchase. After 12 hours, you may be eligible for a refund by credit back to your original form of payment or by store credit that would be issued as an electronic gift card to you. Valid receipt & proof of purchase will be required to approve the cancellation/store credit. Re-stocking/Shipping return fees may also apply.

Although all returns are not accepted, we will make every attempt to cancel your order or refund your money for any items damaged during fulfillment and shipping to you. Requests to return or refund must be done within 7 days of delivery to you.

To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering.
