I have found that living a gluten free lifestyle has greatly improved my physical health, and I feel better than ever! My family and friends have also noticed how much more energized and healthy I am, and they like that I can still enjoy delicious food while on a gluten free diet.
Try this as your next healthier meal option to serve up for you and your loved ones:

Ingredients: – 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets – 4 tablespoons brown sugar – 4 teaspoons gluten-free tamari sauce – 2 tablespoons rice vinegar – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 2 tablespoons honey – 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated – ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped – 2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. 2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and set aside. 3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, tamari sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, honey, and ginger until combined. 4. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure to evenly distribute it. 5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds. 7. Drizzle with olive oil before serving. Enjoy!
