Super Delicious & Gluten-Free Meal Guide, Recipe Post #52: Roasted Maple Salmon with Creamy Sweet Potato Mash

Being gluten free means avoiding anything that contains gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. People who are gluten free must read food labels carefully and learn what foods are and are not appropriate for a gluten-free diet. Foods that are naturally gluten free include fruits, vegetables, unprocessed meats, seafood, beans, and legumes. Eating these types of foods offers a variety of health benefits for those with gluten intolerance or sensitivity. These benefits may include improved digestion, more energy, and relief from symptoms related to food sensitivities. Additionally, having a gluten-free diet may also improve the overall quality of one’s life by making meals more enjoyable and easier to plan.
