Ingredients


-1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes -2 zucchini, sliced into thick circles -2 bell peppers, cut into cubes -2 onions, cut into cubes -1/4 cup olive oil -2 cloves garlic, minced -2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar -1 teaspoon Italian seasoning -Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


1. Preheat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat. 2. Prepare the skewers by threading the steak, zucchini, bell peppers, and onions on them. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, balsamic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. 4. Brush the skewers with the marinade, and then grill them for 8-10 minutes, flipping them once or twice during that time, until the vegetables are tender and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness. 5. Serve hot, and enjoy!
