Many naturally gluten-free foods are available, including fruits and vegetables, legumes, dairy, meat and poultry, nuts, healthy oils, and alternative grains such as quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, and millet. Consuming a gluten-free diet provides many health benefits, such as improved digestion, increased energy and vitality, improved mental clarity and concentration, improved sleep, and improved mood and emotional stability. Additionally, for those with certain medical conditions, such as celiac disease, following a gluten-free diet is essential for managing symptoms, helping to prevent future health complications and enabling individuals to lead fuller, healthier lives.
