-1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips -1 red bell pepper, sliced -1 green bell pepper, sliced -1 onion, sliced -1 tablespoon olive oil -1 teaspoon chili powder -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon ground cumin -Salt and pepper to taste -Gluten-free tortillas, warmed


1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the chicken strips, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet and drizzle with the olive oil. 3. Sprinkle with the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. 4. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 5. Serve the chicken and vegetables in warmed gluten-free tortillas. Enjoy!
