Super Delicious & Gluten-Free Meal Guide, Recipe Post #321: Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Being gluten free has been a great choice for me because I feel better and have more energy. It also makes it easier to socialize with my family and friends because I can be more confident in what I’m eating, and I know that I can still be included in meals.

-1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved -3 tablespoons olive oil -3 cloves garlic, minced -½ teaspoon sea salt -¼ teaspoon black pepper -1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Place Brussels sprouts on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine. 3. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper and toss again to combine. 4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until sprouts are lightly browned and tender. 5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
