Super Delicious & Gluten-Free Meal Guide, Recipe Post #966: Garlic-Lemon Tilapia with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Being gluten free means avoiding grains, flours, and foods that contain the protein gluten, including wheat, barley, and rye. Gluten-free foods include many fruits and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, meat, seafood, beans and legumes, some sweeteners, grains, such as quinoa and rice, nuts, and seeds. A gluten-free diet has multiple health benefits, including improved digestion, weight loss, higher energy levels, and an improved immune system. As a bonus, a gluten-free lifestyle may reduce inflammation and joint pain, as well as improve skin health. Eliminating products containing gluten can help people with gluten intolerance, particularly those with celiac disease, feel better and prevent potential long-term complications.
