Painting pottery was a real go-to when we wanted to get out of the house and do something creative. Ellie was probably 2-years-old when we first started this tradition at a little store in Mobile, AL. We have a cabinet full of paint-your-own-pottery ceramics like this one. This jewelry dish – painted by Ellie around age 4 – has seen lots of love by Ellie’s hands.
